Hamish Ogilvy
Principal Investor and Managing Director
Hamish leads the sourcing, analysis, and execution of equity investments for Terrara Capital.
He has more than two decades of experience at several of the world’s leading professional services firms; including as an equity partner heading up corporate finance and due diligence engagements for private equity, UHNWI, and corporate clients.
Hamish is highly skilled in complex greenfield real asset investments requiring delicate stakeholder engagement and extensive collaboration. He brings valuable expertise leading transactions across the investment lifecycle; from origination, structuring, and due diligence to performance management and improvement, and through to exit.
Hamish has executed more than $50 billion in transactions, including landmark social infrastructure, renewable energy, and digital infrastructure projects, domestic and cross-border initial public offerings, and equity hybrid issues.
Peter Considine
Principal Investor
Peter has earned national recognition and is highly sought after by major architectural firms for his expertise in delivering complex luxury construction projects that honour the natural environment and heritage. This includes multi-residential projects and the most challenging of heritage builds that deliver transformative spaces for discerning people.
Peter owns and operates Secon Constructions, an award-winning building company and industry leader, specialising in bespoke architectural renovations and new builds.
His background in a multi-generational family-run freight and logistics business has equipped him with essential skills in supply chain management, project management, and operations.
Dale Spencer
Principal Investor
Dale has significant experience with commercial construction in regional and remote locations in Australia and the Pacific, including a substantial commercial construction project on Kangaroo Island, where he acquired a first-hand understanding of the logistical requirements of delivering materials and building on a remote site with no road or bridge access to the mainland.
Dale owns and operates Southern Ocean Building and Consulting, a building company aimed at high-end holiday residences in South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. Through his association with quality architects and consultants in South Australia and other jurisdictions, Dale and his team consistently produce outstanding homes for their remote client base.
Dale’s construction expertise is underpinned by a background in engineering. He has designed and managed the construction of wastewater treatment plants across the majority of remote Australia, and in international locations including Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Of note is the Likuliku Lagoon Resort on Malolo Island.
